Primary Tubing Size — Your selection sets the counterbore diameter. The bore is machined to your tube OD so the primary self-locates and sits square without clamping or measuring.
Flange Style — One-piece holds all four ports on a single plate, keeping everything indexed to the head for a rigid, repeatable build. Individual ports free each primary to be aimed and rotated on its own, which is what you want when routing is tight or the header has to clear a chassis. Same material and same counterbore either way.
