Our "TorqStick" Series custom grinds are custom tailored specifically for Oldsmobile application, designed to maximize your engines output between 2500-6000rpm. Don't be fooled by shops trying to sell you their "proprietary" custom grinds just to charge you more money for no more performance! We have spent a lot of time perfecting our grinds, so we decided, why not offer them as a shelf part?

  • 114 Lobe Seperation - Smooth Idle, Great for Vacuum 
  • 112 Lobe Seperation - Moderately Aggressive Idle, Best "All Around" Characteristic
  • 110 Lobe Seperation - Spicy Idle, Let your neighbor know you're proud of this sound.

 

What Is Lobe-Separation Angle? LSA is the distance from the centerline of the intake lobe to the centerline of exhaust lobe.

 

Tighter lobe separation results in a rougher idle and less idle manifold vacuum but delivers more midrange and peak power. Wider lobe separation resulted in a higher top-end and makes more vacuum but makes less peak power with a less aggressive idle.
